Scalable Self-Organizing

(to displace domination culture)

is a 2026 Inclusive Organizing essay which suggests that our core tools for scalable self-organizing are informal coordination, consent-based governance, open standards, network normative systems and p2p governance. We can use these tools to fairly and methodically develop, delegate and decentralize social roles of growing importance. Such scalable self-organizing can slowly but surely outcompete and replace all systems which dominate people and use them as tools and resources.
