Inclusive Organizing (IO) is a set of open, interoperable protocols for inclusively developing and decentralizing projects, communities and systems of all sizes and shapes.

IO culture and tech can scale massively with decentralized digital systems, but are grounded in natural language and reversible low-tech practices which can endure systemic disruptions.

We can work together to and realize our boundlessly diverse goals using “right-sized”
