. This may include questions, requests and offers regarding the collaborative future of IO and related works.
All reasonably stable IO modules are open sourced. All are open to suggestions and issue submission. Some are open to public commentary.
As most IO modules are “living” GDocs which are intermittently updated, static versions can be obtained by use the File options to Make a Copy or Print a PDF, or consult the editor(s) about adapting this document for your use-case(s).
Most IO modules include this introductory captioning: “The editor(s) seek to collaborate on adaptations and related works.” Each module (and any version thereof) may be separately governed, as long as it maintains compatibility with the IO Protocol.
The goal is to cosmolocalize the stewardship, editorial and authorship teams for each IO module (instead of “the whole thing”) according to those who are sufficiently interested, willing and able.
The primary steward also desires to develop a stewardship team for the overall IO standard and specification, so we can map increasingly diverse IO-compatible recipes. See
