(ICC) Inclusive Cultural Covenant is an open source policy for supporting and developing inclusive, healthy, sustainable teams and communities. This policy consists of nine closely-related modules which are separately adaptable, although they’re meant to be used together to support cultural and technical integrity. Important note: As of January 2025, ICC is significantly outdated compared to its latest “relatives” in other organizational contexts, although it has evolved somewhat in recent months.
